The EasyWalker SKY Stroller – Simplicity At Its Best
The EasyWalker SKY stroller probably isn’t one you’ve even heard about, but in the world of strollers it has a pretty nice feature set for parents who like the convenience of a stroller that’s easy to control with one hand, isn’t too cumbersome or heavy and folds really easily.
As you can see from the picture the EasyWalker SKY is a three wheeled stroller with pretty large 12 inch wheels all around, which means you won’t have any trouble pushing it around on pretty much any terrain you’ll typically encounter on a day to day basis. I haven’t found anyone who’s tried it on sand but you can safely assume that it would work way better than the smaller wheeled alternatives.
Although if you need a stroller that designed for use on sand you won’t find anything much better than the Baby Bug All Terrain Beach Stroller.
To help make the ride as smooth as possible, the EasyWalker SKY comes equipped with shock absorbers on the rear wheels. The front wheel swivels a complete 360ª to make it easy to get into and out of tight spaces, and the seat can recline to three different positions, including a horizontal position for napping. So as you can see a lot of effort has been put into making your baby as comfortable as possible.
Folding it down is a breeze although you will need both hands to do it. And despite the size of the wheels, they actually fold away quite nicely making it quite an easy fit into a standard sized car trunk. It only weighs 20 lbs too, so moving it to and from the trunk shouldn’t present too much of a challenge either.
The height adjustable handlebar makes this the perfect stroller for both tall and short parents. Shoulder strain and accidentally kicking the wheels are two things you can cross off your list of things to worry about here. Having a single handlebar also makes it a breeze to manuever with one hand, leaving the other hand free to press elevator buttons, use a cellphone or hold a beverage while you stroll.
Speaking of beverages, a cupholder was noticeably absent but this really isn’t a big deal since you can find generic ones for as little as $10 depending on the brand and features. so don’t let this put you off. The under seat basket is also pretty roomy and can hold a decent amount of stuff down there.
Removing the seat for cleaning is very simple to do. Just undo the snap buttons around the edge of the fabric and it’ll come right off. Of course once removed, you can simply toss it into the washing machine to remove any stains or unwanted odors.
Other than for cleaning, you can remove the seat cover to replace it with the optional carry cot. This simply slides and locks into place, making it very simple to convert the EasyWalker SKY into a very capable pram.
You also have the option of attaching certain infant car seats to the frame but be careful here as some users have said that it may make the stroller a bit top heavy, which may increase the likelihood of it tipping over.
Another thing to consider is that the canopy is quite small and may not provide enough shade in hotter climates. This is also quite easily remedied by purchasing an optional UV/mosquito net which would solve both the shade and bug problems in such climates.
Overall the EasyWalker SKY is a really nice stroller with all the features you’ll need and the good looks to keep you and baby stylish while strolling. It comes with a 2 year warranty on the frame and a 1 year warranty on the fabric so you can buy with confidence.
For double peace of mind be sure to buy this stroller from a reputable seller with competitive pricing, flexible shipping options and great customer service.
